Sarisbury Charter
For our Crew Members on board the Sarisbury Challenger, The Charter Rules are fundamental and underpin everything we do. This helps everyone feel safe, respected and supported within a caring and calm environment, where children can learn, thrive and achieve their best. These are displayed around the school, helping to gently remind our children of their importance and to develop the shared values which guide our caring and inclusive school community.
Our children are always striving to follow the Charter Rules throughout the school day and to be amazing Crew Members. As you can see below, each class has their own Sarisbury Challenger with children on board, following the Charter Rules. We are very proud of our Crew being positive members of our community.

When they are recognised for their positive choices, effort, following the Charter Rules and encompassing the Crew Member values, all of which help to shape our community, they receive a Crew stamp. Please see our Behaviour Policy for more information.

In Reception, they have to collect 10 Crew stamps in order to receive a certificate, which then repeats. In Year One they have to collect 15 Crew stamps and in Year Two they have to collect 20 Crew stamps. For Year One and Year Two, there are seven Crew stamp card colours to complete and achieve every year. In order they are: red, yellow, green, bronze, silver, gold and Headteacher's Award.

Celebration Assembly
As part of our weekly Celebration Assembly, one child from every class gets selected as 'Charter Champion' as they have consistently shown and followed one or more aspects of the Sarisbury Charter. They are displayed on our Sarisbury Challenger in the hall and the children receive a certificate to bring home. Additionally, for each completed Crew stamp card, the children are praised and receive a special certificate.
